Printer brand, Epson, has announced that it has released a new, high quality canvas for use with its Stylus Pro GS6000 large format printer, which can be used by printing firms to create beautiful canvas prints.

The GS Canvas Satin can be used to produce high spec canvas prints, which can be stretched onto a frame without the need for protective spray. The canvas is also coated with polymeric coating which enables inks to fix onto the canvas and protects it from scuffing, making prints long-lasting and hardwearing.

GS Canvas Satin lends a subtle texture to a print, enhancing the features and colours, and is made using the polycotton weave, which is also used in Epson’s Water Resistant Matte Canvas.

Epson’s senior product manager says, “the high quality and durability that can be achieved on the GS6000 with GS Canvas Satin makes it perfect for all commercial work such as art reproduction, decorative art and exhibition fine art.”
