Terms and Conditions for ordering canvas prints/ photo to canvas

General

1. The terms and conditions (“Terms”) contained within this page relate to your rights and obligations in relation to this web site, located at www.yourimage2canvas.co.uk ("Site") and any goods purchased through the site. Please read them carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms do not affect those. If there is anything, you do not understand then please contact us.

3. We reserve the right to amend theses terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted to this page and will take effect immediately. By continuing to use the site you are bound by these terms.

Privacy Policy

1. The content within this site is owned in its entirety by us. You are not permitted to reuse any parts of it or to distribute any content for any purpose other than personal viewing and the printing of individual pages.
2. We reserve the right to restrict, terminate and suspend anyone from using this site.

Shopping with us

1. This site and the goods sold through it are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to improve, alter or modify designs without prior notification. We will inform you of any changes to the advertised goods prior to despatch of such goods.
2. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details on to third-party couriers).
3. We are not obligated to fulfil your order and supply your goods to you until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received payment in full. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we despatch to you the goods which form your order. We reserve the right to reject your order at any time.
4. The specifications, sizes, images, descriptive content and advertising published by us or contained on our site are issued only for giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them and colours shown are intended as a guide only. They do not form part of the Terms. Actual colours may differ due to your own monitor settings, over which we have no control.
5. All pricing is subject to change without notification. Any such changes will be effective immediately on publication to the site
6. We recommend an image size of at least 500kb to insure a good quality canvas, It is down to the individual ordering to ensure they upload a good quality image, if an image smaller than 500kb is uploaded it is our belief that you are aware the image may not be at its sharpest and WILL be printed. If you are not sure before ordering please contact us we are more than happy to help.
7. Reprints are at our discretion. We will not reprint an order that has been fulfilled to your requirements. If we believe the size you choose is of the wrong proportions, depth or bleed of the canvas we will try and contact you to make you aware. We will try and fulfil your requirements were ever possible but we may alter some of the design aspects without prior notice to keep the composure of your canvas print. We would only ever do this to make the canvas better NOT worse.
8. It is down to the individual ordering to ensure the image dose not have any imperfections, If there is a blemish that needs removing please state this while ordering. We will not remove anything unless asked.
9. Canvas prints are bespoke made to order items and do NOT comply with general returns policy’s. We will only ever reprint faulty prints at no extra cost to the customer but no other reprint will be issued, NO exception! See Shopping with us - Number 6 for further detail about quality.

Gift Vouchers

1. Gift vouchers can NOT be use with any other promotional offers that we may offer, If you want to use a your gift voucher at the time of a sale then the canvas print will be charged at the normal price, simply remove the current sale discount code and replace it with your unique voucher code.
2. Sale prices we offer are also redeemable against gift vouchers that may be purchased at the time of a sale. This is why we do not offer discounts on voucher codes (They may have already been discounted at time of purchase).

Pricing

1. All prices are the responsibility of us. We reserve the right to change them at any time.
2. All prices include V.A.T at the current rate. We reserve the right to amend the V.A.T aspect of the prices if this changes from its current rate.
3. Any offers or promotions are run at our discretion and are valid until the date shown or until we decide to cancel them. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any offers or promotions at any time. Any offer or promotion is only for canvas purchases unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

1. It is our aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm on Mondays to Thursdays within 24 hours of receiving the order. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at anytime or change it in anyway we require without prior notice.
2. Any changes take effect immediately on publication to this site.
3. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not included as working days.
4. Exact delivery dates and times are not provided. Deliveries are dispatched using a 3rd party courier
5. We currently use Parcel Force and City Link as our courier and reserve the right to change this without prior notice.
6. Delivery dates and times are for the mainland UK. Offshore deliveries are subject to long shipping times.
7. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of our couriers and any delays that are incurred due to their actions.
8. Once the item as left our premises, the delivery address cannot be changed, If you are not in when the item is delivered then it can only be redelivered to that address, If you want to change the address after this then there will be a £5.99 charge, This is down to the courier charging us for redelivery of the item, we do not make any money on redelivery this is the charge passed on from the courier.

Copyright

1. All copyright and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the content of the site are the property of us. Any designs where a third party has be credited with copyright will remain property of the third party with all rights reserved. By your use of the Site and agreement to the Terms, you agree that you are the copyright owner, or that you have express written permission from the copyright owner, for any images you supply to us. We reserve the right to refuse any images that we are unable to reprint for legal reasons.
2. We reserve the right to use any images you supply to us or for promotional purposes. We will not use any images you supply for resale.

Ordering with us
