Our canvas printers never stop; they print 24 hours a day, and up to 7 days per week. When a canvas picture order is received it is sized up to the correct dimension and cropped when needed, all editing is done using Photoshop and then each canvas print is sent to the printer with the least amount of work on (meaning a faster turnaround). The canvas printer’s print in 8 hour shifts so it will never normally take longer than 16 hours before your image is printed onto 100% cotton Artists canvas. Obviously while the canvas is printing the frame is being made in house by our expert joiners who take great pride in the work they do, using solid pine that has been kiln dried to ensure no water residue and reduces the risk of warping. The canvas is then stretched by hand, trimmed and sent for packaging. All canvas prints are securely packed with extra reinforcement added for transit.
