Canvas Printing – What To Look For

We have put together a handy list of things for you to think about when deciding on your personalised canvas prints.

Picture Resolution:

The picture resolution will affect the quality of your print and if the resolution is too low will make your canvas print appear blurry and out of focus, you may even be able to see the pixels on the canvas. We use the highest quality printers to ensure every detail of your original image is transferred onto canvas and we print at 1440 dots per inch to ensure every fine detail is captured. We want your image to look the best it possibly can – so take the time to format your photograph and get it ready for the canvas printing process.

We print at a low speed to make sure no quality is ever lost in the printing process and use genuine Epson inks which offer amazing colour and vibrancy on the canvas. Epson inks are guaranteed not to fade for 75 years!

Services Offered:

What services are available? At Yourimage2canvas we offer free UK 24 hour despatch on all of our canvas prints. All of our canvas prints are stretched over handcrafted solid pine wood frames and printed on 100% pure cotton canvas made in the UK. We are so confident in our affordable prices we offer a price match promise that means we will beat any other canvas printing quote by 10%. We can customise your canvas prints to any size you want from 4” by 4” to 55” giving you the option to create a stunning individual canvas print exactly the size you want. You won’t have to wait long for your canvas print to arrive – we provide next day delivery Monday to Thursday.

Frame Depth:

We have two different types of frame thickness – 1” and 2” depending on how far from the wall you want your canvas to sit.

Printing Finishes:

We offer a wide range of different printing finishes including three different colour options, full colour, black and white and sepia. You can customise the wrap of your canvas (this is how the edges of your canvas look) from white edges, colour or mirror wrap and bleed where the image continues all around the side of the image. For a unique canvas print why not consider splitting your photo into separate panels. The split panel look is very on trend and gives your canvas print a modern twist and the feel of a piece of artwork. You can choose as many panels as you want – if you want to know what your print would look like split into panels get in touch and we can provide you with a mock-up to help you decide how to customise your canvas print.

With years of experience in the printing business we can advise you as to what finish and effects will enhance your canvas print.
